A complex online store for a professional cleaning products company
Our partners at Optimastore sell professional cleaning products, mainly on a B2B business model. In order to keep a live connection with their audiences, they asked us to design and develop a modern, easy to use online store.
The Problem
The need to develop for a complex product portfolio
Optimastore has a comprehensive portfolio of products which requires a complex menu. They also have different target audiences. This requires a way to offer different deals for the same products depending on whom you are engaging in the sales process.
On top of these details, Optimastore wanted an online store based on WooCommerce, with a theme preferred by their management.
They also had some feedback from their clients which they wanted to implement.

Optimastore is on a mission to change the cleaning products world. They express their will to offer higher quality products in a wish to create lasting business relationships.
They are targeting the hospitality industry, starting with the south east of Romania.
Our Solution
A modern, well structured web-shop
Considering the requirements, we started designing the online store with one guiding principle: even though they have a big portfolio, it should be easy to navigate through.
The selected theme was built and enhanced so that the loading and operating speed will not be affected by the heaviness of the website.
All requests from our partners were successfully implemented.

A stage for a comprehensive product portfolio
This project came with many requirements and many limitations at the same time. We had to ensure a level of communication of the highest standard between ourselves and the client.
We met their needs while keeping the project within technical limitations. On top of that, we developed custom functionalities and kept the website agile when it comes to loading and operating speed.
The client is really satisfied with the end result. Our work together doesn’t stop here, as they decided to continue working with us.

A very enjoyable project. A lot of working hours but also very rewarding to see the customer happy with the end result.
I enjoyed working on this project. It took long to develop due to all the custom functions, but it was fullfilling to see it done.
Technologies
The project came with firm requirements from the customer. Their management team had specific ideas of how their website needed to look and feel. We were happy to oblige in using Wordpress + WooCommerce + a heavily modified theme to achieve an end result that they are happy with.
